16th March 2009 indicated another
milestone for Tele Dynamics with its new Call Centre officially
opened at Wisma Lee Rubber, Kuala Lumpur, for the provision of in-bound
Call Centre Management Services for McDonald’s Malaysia nationwide
24-Hour McDelivery Service.
This partnership with McDonalds originated way
back in year 2006. As Call Centre services is a performance-driven
high quality contact service and with the past years experiences,
Tele Dynamics has decided to re-engineer and establish our very
own sophisticated Call Centre to fulfill McDonalds requirement of
“Customer First”.
The call centre occupying 6200 sq. ft of office
space with 148-seat, operating in 24/7 including Public Holidays,
and is capable of handling up to 70,000 calls per day.
